Choose this option if you’d like your buffet presented in style—perfect for keeping hot items hot and maintaining the fresh appeal of your menu.

Salads: Served in elegant large white bowls for a crisp and fresh presentation.

Meats: Kept warm in professional chaffing dishes with burners, ensuring everything stays at the perfect temperature throughout your event.

Meats: Served in convenient inset trays designed for chaffing dishes with lids.

Serving Utensils: We’ll provide serving spoons and tongs to make sure your guests enjoy every bite!

We’ll supply the appropriate number of bowls, chaffing dishes, serving tongs & spoons based on your selected menu and guest count.

We do not provide crockery or cutlery for your event. Our focus is on delivering high-quality catering setups, including hot and cold dishes, platters, bowls, and chaffing dishes. If you need crockery and cutlery, we recommend arranging this separately to complete your event set up. 

Upon arrival at your event, we will expertly set up all equipment, ensuring that the chaffing dishes are functioning properly, and we'll give you a quick explanation on how to turn them off when the time comes.

Important: All equipment is required to be returned to the Lemongrass Kitchen in Tauriko as per prior arrangement with Lemongrass Admin Team. Please note that any damages or losses will incur an additional charge.
